The PARK MGM is a boutique style hotel and the only non-smoking casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It offers easy access to the city’s top attractions, a variety of world class dining, and a fantastic design for simple access to Beauty Society events and conference spaces.

General FAQ
Is there a dress code for the event?
The welcome event is a pajama party! Come in your favorite PJs if you want to participate. For the Thursday Morning/Afternoon education session, come as you feel comfortable. For the Awards Dinner Party on Thursday night, we recommend you come in cocktail attire!
At Beauty Society, we always want you to come in what makes you feel comfortable and confident, so there is NO mandatory dress code.
Can I bring my Plus One to convention events?
Although we love your Plus Ones, we are currently not currently offering access to Plus Ones for the Beauty Society events at the Park MGM (Welcome Reception, General Session, Awards Dinner).
However, we would LOVE for them to visit our Headquarters in Las Vegas with you on Friday 9/13! Please register your Plus One when registering for the free shuttle to HQ. If you would like to bring more than one Plus One, please book your own transportation to our facility.

Can I bring my Plus One to convention events if I need accessibility assistance?
Yes! If you need to bring your Plus One for medical or accessibility assistance, please email us at events@beautysociety.com. We will ensure that your Plus One has access to all event spaces with you.
What food and drinks will be provided during Convention?
Your convention ticket includes drink tickets and the following meals: light bites and drink tickets at the PJ Party. A healthy breakfast is available from 7:00 – 8:00 am on Thursday. A full lunch from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Thursday and Dinner before our Awards Party! The Park MGM also offers incredible food options at multiple locations throughout the hotel if you are flying in early or extending your stay. Check out our convention menu HERE. I have special dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Please send us an email at events@beautysociety.com for any inquiries regarding dietary restrictions and meals served at Beauty Convention. We will do our best to try to accommodate your dietary needs but we cannot guarantee it based on what the venue can provide.
Where is the Welcome PJ party located?
The welcome PJ party will take place at the NoMad pool at the Park MGM.
Where is the general session located?
Our general session will take place in the Griffith meeting rooms 1-6.

Lunch and dinner will be served in the Presidio ballrooms.
Are there extra perks as a leader (Ultimate+ Advisor)?
Any Advisor that has qualified as an Ultimate Advisor is invited to our Leadership education session on Wednesday, September 11th from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm.

Hotel and Transportation FAQ
Is there a preferred accommodation I can book?

Are there any other fees with my hotel reservation at the Park MGM?
A $42.00 daily resort fee plus the applicable Clark County Room Tax is applied to each hotel room reservation and includes amenities. More details can be found on the Park MGM website.
Will there be an incidentals hold for my reservation?
Yes! There is a $100 per day incidental hold taken on each room upon arrival with a max of $400. If guests don’t charge to their rooms this would be released upon departure.
What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Paid parking and valet are available. Vehicle clearance height 7’ 6”.
What are my transportation options for the headquarters tour?
We are offering three different bus transportation options to and from the Park MGM to our corporate headquarters tour on Friday 9/13.
Bus 1 – 7:30 am Park MGM pickup – 9:30 am Park MGM drop off
Bus 2 – 9:00 am Park MGM pickup – 11:00 am Park MGM drop off
Bus 3 – 10:30 am Park MGM pickup – 12:30 pm Park MGM drop off
How do I register for transportation to and from Beauty Society headquarters?
You can register for shuttle transportation to and from our headquarters by clicking HERE
Can I bring a Plus One to the Beauty Society HQ tour?
Yes! All Advisors can bring one Plus One on the free shuttle transportation to HQ. Please be sure to click the PLUS ONE add-on when registering for the free shuttle HERE. If you would like to bring more than one plus one, we ask that you organize your transportation to our HQ and visit us anytime from 8 am – 12 pm.
Can I come to the HQ tours without the shuttle service?
Yes! You and any plus ones may organize your own transportation to our HQ and visit us anytime between 8 am – 12 pm.
Registration FAQ
Are early bird discounts available?
Yes! We are offering a $50 off early bird discount from April 8th through April 19th, 2024. A full price convention ticket is $299 and early bird pricing is $249.
Can I use my Society Reward points on my ticket?
Yes! Society Reward points can be used when purchasing convention tickets.
Can I use Society Reward points to purchase my Beauty Convention ticket?
Yes! You can apply Society Reward points towards your Beauty Convention ticket.
Are Beauty Convention tickets refundable or transferable?
No, Beauty Convention tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
Can I buy multiple Beauty Convention tickets?
No, there is a limit of one ticket per Advisor account.
Once I register, how do I collect my ticket?
Once you register you will pick up your registration pass at registration on Wednesday, September 11th.
If I lose my lanyard, where can I get a replacement?
If you lose your lanyard at the event, you can get a replacement at the registration table at Convention.
Will there be virtual tickets available?
Yes, virtual tickets will be available closer to the convention. Virtual tickets will allow you to join in on Thursday’s ‘general session’. Pricing and more details will be released closer to the event date.
