Beauty Society Business Model

Beauty Society sells products directly to the consumers. Our Beauty Society Advisor Affiliates help Beauty Society reach the consumers, but it is always the consumer that orders and pays directly to Beauty Society, and enjoys our products. All representation and messaging from Beauty Society in all forms of media has to abide by our business model principle, this includes, but is not limited to, ALL social media sites, networking profiles, and internet websites.

Privacy

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or social security number. Product Distribution 

Beauty Society products can only be ordered online at https://beautysociety.com and are 100% delivered directly to consumers. We do not sell or distribute Beauty Society products through a third-party provider or via our Beauty Society Advisory Affiliates for product sales or redistribution to customers. That is in direct contravention of our Terms & Conditions and Beauty Society Advisor Affiliate  Agreement.

 

Product Purchase & Product Refunds

If an order is received damaged we ask that you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged products will be reshipped to the customer. All of our Skincare products have a 12 Month Money Back Guarantee from the order date on Skincare Products with at least 25% of the product remaining. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from order date on Cosmetics, Hair Care, and Fragrance. Refills are not eligible for refunds. Items received that do not meet these requirements will not be returned and will not be sent back to the sender. Credits are issued within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling

No Rush (4-12 Business days) – Not in a hurry? Save money with this economical shipping option. 

Ground (3-5 Business days) – A happy medium shipping time with a great price. The delivery day varies based on distance and destination.

Priority (2-4 Business days) – Skip the line and get your products first. This option gets your order out the door with speedy delivery.

Overnight (Next Business day) – Need something ASAP? Don’t worry; select this option for our premium overnight delivery.

*Order must be placed before 12 pm PST Monday – Friday for same-day shipping.

Advisor Affiliate Program

Visitors that visit the https://BeautySociety.com website and express an interest to register and become a Beauty Society Advisor Affiliate (“BSA Affiliate”)  are required to be eligible to execute the Beauty Society Advisor Affiliate Agreement. BSA Affiliates will remain active in the Beauty Society Advisor Affiliate program as long as their monthly Active BSA Affiliate membership fee is paid and in good standing.

 

Termination

In the event that a BSA Affiliate is in breach or breaches the Beauty Society Advisor Affiliate Agreement the BSA Affiliate will be terminated immediately. The BSA Affiliate will be required to remove all Beauty Society contact information and representation from ALL social media sites, networking profiles, and internet websites from public view within ten (10) days of their Termination.

 

Cancellation

If an BSU Affiliate terminates this agreement, they can request to have their account reinstated. If a BSU Affiliate requests to reinstate their account under the same sponsor, they may do so at any time. If a BSU Affiliate requests to re-join under a different sponsor, they may do so after 180 days of canceling their account. In order to re-join under a new sponsor, a BSU Affiliate must re-purchase the Legacy Join kit and start their account over.
