What is the Beauty Society BeautyBox?

Each month the BeautyBox will be expertly curated to bring you some of the hottest items trending in the beauty market! PLUS every box will contain a BRAND NEW Beauty Society product! 

How much is the BeautyBox?

The BeautyBox is only $60 for Elite Customers (with FREE shipping).

What’s inside the BeautyBox?

Every month the BeautyBox will change and contain an array of FULL size Beauty Society products, travel size, samples, tools and various ‘must have’ beauty essentials! PLUS every month we will be launching a BRAND NEW BEAUTY SOCIETY product in every BeautyBox

How often does the BeautyBox Ship?

Elite Customers have the option to get the BeautyBox monthly, bi-monthly or every thee months. The box ships out on the 15th of the month.

Is the BeautyBox mandatory?

No! Elite Customers can choose to make the BeautyBox part of their subscription, it is optional.

Does the box change every month?

Yes! Every month there will be a new ‘theme’ to the box and its contents! The products and goodies are hand selected and curated to fit the theme each month.

Can the BeautyBox be purchased anytime?

No – the BeautyBox is only available if it is part of an Elite Customer’s scheduled subscription. Adjustments cannot be made after orders are processed on the 15th.

Can you tell me what will be in the BeautyBox?

No, the surprise is the best part! However, we will always list past BeautyBoxes on the website so you are able to view the contents of prior months. 

Can I buy more than one BeautyBox each month?

No – it is limited to one BeautyBox per Elite Customer each month. 

Can the BeautyBox be returned?

If the BeautyBox is returned within 30 days and all contents are intact, unopened and unused it can be refunded. The individual BeautyBox contents are not returnable or refundable.

Can I get the box EVERY MONTH?

Yes! Simply switch your subscription to monthly shipments in your account – every box is different, this way you won’t miss out!

Can coupons or discount codes be used?

No, unfortunately coupon codes cannot be applied to subscriptions of any kind.

Can I add more products to my subscription order?

Yes! Elite Customers can schedule their subscriptions to be the BeautyBox PLUS any other Beauty Society products they like, or it can just be the BeautyBox each shipment.

How do I become a BeautyBox subscriber?

You can sign up through your account, with your Beauty Society Advisor or contact the Corporate office at 866.446.8848.

 

What other benefits will I receive?

You will become a Beauty Society ELITE CUSTOMER – receive 15% OFF every product, free shipping on orders over $40, and exclusive 50% off Elite Customer specials. Shipping on orders under $40 is only $4.95 (discounted from $6.95).

What is the charge for being an Elite Customer?

There is no subscription fee, it is FREE!

 

How do I update my subscription?

You can contact the Corporate office (866.446.8848 or elite@beautysociety.com) or Click Here to login and update it yourself!

SUBSCRIPTION

What are my subscription options?

Elite Customer can have the BeautyBox shipped MONTHLY, BI-MONTHLY or EVERY THREE MONTHS.

 

Is there a deadline for changes to my subscription?

Changes must be made by the 14th AT THE LATEST.

 

Can I skip a month?

Yes! You can move your next shipment up to 30 days out every month. Simply login to your Customer Portal and change the ‘next shipment date’ to the following month!

 

What if I need product between shipments?

You can place orders outside of your auto delivery at any time! You will always receive 15% off Beauty Society products and have access to the exclusive 50% Elite Customer Specials. Free shipping on all orders over $40, discounted shipping of $4.95 under $40!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Call the Beauty Society Corporate office at 866.446.8848 or use this link. Please note: you must cancel by the 13th at 2:59pm (PST) to avoid being charged on the 15th. There is a 6 month waiting period to re-sign as an Elite Customer.

BILLING

 How do I update my credit card information on file?

Just log in to your account and click on the link ‘Update Billing & CC Info’.

PLEASE NOTE: This will not automatically change your billing on your subscriptions as well. You will have to then go into your subscriptions and edit it manually to use the new/updated payment method.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is also accepted for regular orders (not subscription).

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will charged on the 15th of the month.

 

What happens if my Credit Card was unable to be processed on my auto delivery cycle and how do I know?

You will receive an email from Beauty Society informing you that we were unable to receive payment. Your immediate response is requested to avoid delays of the order shipping and to process payment. We understand that credit cards are often reissued or expiration dates are updated with the life of the credit card. If the BeautyBox payment is not completed by the 20th of that month, you will no longer be eligable for that months box. (while supplies last)

SHIPPING

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped, and tracking can also be found by logging into your Beauty Society customer account and going to your order history.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $40 and only $4.95 on orders under $40.

 

When can I expect my auto delivery to arrive?

Auto-deliveries on products typically ship within 2 business days and will arrive depending on the shipping carries used. (2-7 business days.)

BeautyBox subscriptions typically ship 3-10 business days after they are processed on the 15th and are shipped exclusively through USPS Priority (2-5 business days)

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

We have a wonderful return policy of 12 months on skincare (excluding refills), 30 days on fragrance, hair care, makeup and merchandise. Please visit our returns/exchanges page for our submission form. Auto-delivery orders must be exchanged for other product(s) or the Elite status will be canceled. If your order arrives incorrect or is defective, please contact our Corporate office (866.446.8848 or elite@beautysociety.com) and they’ll make it right.
