About Beauty Convention 2026
Join us for our annual Beauty Convention, where Beauty Society Advisors come together for an electrifying experience of training, seminars, and community building. Set against the dazzling backdrop of Las Vegas, this event is designed to fuel your passion, enhance your skills, and celebrate your success.

Hotel & Accommodation
When is check-in and check-out at The Palms?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You may request early check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Are there any additional fees with my hotel reservation at The Palms?
- Triple/Quad Occupancy: Guest room rates are based on single/double occupancy. An additional charge of $30 per person applies for triple or quad occupancy.
- Resort Fee: A reduced daily resort fee of $39.00 (originally $42.00) plus a 13.38% Clark County Room Tax will be applied to each reservation.
Is there a preferred accommodation I can book?
Yes! Beauty Society has secured a discounted rate at The Palms Resort and Casino for Beauty Convention 2025. This rate is only accessible through our exclusive ‘PassKey’ link. Reservations made directly through The Palms or third-party booking sites will not include this discount. Once our room block is full, we cannot guarantee group rates.
What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Self-parking and valet are FREE and conveniently available at The Palms Casino Resort.
Convention Registration & Tickets
What does my Advisor convention ticket include?
Your Advisor convention ticket includes two and a half days filled with fun, engaging seminars, meaningful connections, and an exclusive tour of our Beauty Society headquarters. You’ll be the first to hear about and receive the latest product launches and company announcements. Your ticket also grants you access to exclusive, limited-edition Beauty Convention swag, along with a free branded Beauty Society swag bag. Plus, enjoy complimentary meals throughout the event. And that’s just the beginning—there’s so much more in store for you!
When are convention registration and merch hours?

Can I buy more than one convention ticket?
No, each Advisor is limited to purchasing one convention ticket and one plus one ticket per Advisor account.
Can I use my Society Reward points on my ticket?
No, Society Reward points cannot be applied toward the purchase of convention tickets.
Can I transfer my ticket to another Advisor?
No, all convention tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
No, all convention tickets are non-refundable.
Will there be virtual tickets available?
More details about a possible Virtual Experience will be released as the event approaches.
If I lose my lanyard, where can I get a replacement?
Lost lanyards can be replaced at the registration table during the event.
Plus One Information
Can I bring a Plus One?
Yes! Plus One tickets include:
- Access to all convention events
- Access to the merch stand
- All included meals
Plus One Ticket Price:
$199 (non-refundable, limited quantity). Tickets can be added on through the WeTravel link above at the time of purchase or after purchase.
Plus One Restrictions:
- Plus Ones cannot be an active Advisor.
- Plus Ones cannot be an Advisor who canceled their account within 6 months of the event.
Can I bring a Plus One to the Beauty Society HQ tour?
Yes! Your Plus One can join you on the free shuttle transportation to HQ.
Can I bring more than one Plus One to the HQ tour?
Yes! However, if bringing more than one Plus One, you will need to arrange your own transportation to HQ.
