I want to personally apologize for any shipping delays you have experienced. COVID19 and social distancing has drastically reduced our in-house shipping team from keeping up with order shipments. This week we finalized our evolution to a full-service and state of the art fulfillment system.
Thousands of orders are currently in transit and will be delivering to mailboxes next week, this delay is unprecedented in Beauty Society’s nearly 20 year history, and it is a direct result of the unprecedented times we are living in. Tracking numbers will be added soon to your orders.
This change also allows us to keep our FREE SHIPPING options in place for all Elite Customers orders over $40, even with shipping costs increasing every year.
COVID19 Customer Support Update – We have always gone out of our way to provide the most amazing customer support along with our outstanding products. Recently the pandemic has made it very difficult to keep up with the emails and voicemails we have received, as of today they are all caught up!
We are hoping to get our full staff back operational very very soon. In the mean time we have established a work from home customer service staff and implemented some new customer support software, Hoping to get the phones turned back on next week and get things back to normal – we miss talking to everyone!
