What fee do I have to pay to remain a Society+ Member?

There is no subscription fee. It is free to be a Society+ member.

How do I update my subscription?

What are my subscription options?

Society+ members can have most skincare, cosmetic, and beauty tools on subscription. Society+ members also have special access to subscription-only items such as Infuse HA, and the BeautyBox.

Is there a deadline for changes to my subscription?

Subscription changes must be made by the 14th of each month. All subscriptions are processed on the 15th of each month.

Can I skip a month?

Yes! You can move your next shipment up to 30 days out every month. Simply log into your Customer Portal and change the ‘next shipment date’ to the following month!

What if I need product between shipments?

You can place orders outside of your auto delivery at any time! You will always receive 15% off Beauty Society products and have access to the exclusive 50% Society+ Specials. Society+ members always have free shipping on all orders over $50 and discounted shipping of $5.95 for orders under $50!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact Customer Solutions at 866.446.8848 or support@beautysociety.com. Cancel your subscriptions yourself by logging into your Customer portal here. Subscriptions that are not canceled by the 14th will need to be returned for a full refund.

INFUSE HA + BEAUTYBOX

What is Infuse HA?

Infuse HA is Beauty Society’s very first inner skin treatment. Our very first ingestible skincare utilizes a special form of hyaluronic acid that has been clinically proven to reduce signs of aging such as fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of skin elasticity. 

What is the Beauty Society BeautyBox?

Our BeautyBox is a quarterly subscription box that contains various skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty accessories! Each quarter, the BeautyBox will be expertly curated to bring you some of the best beauty products to complement each season. PLUS, every box will contain a Beauty Society promo code to use on a future order.

How much is the BeautyBox?

The BeautyBox is only $49 for Society+ Members (with FREE shipping).

How often does the BeautyBox Ship?

The BeautyBox ships on the 15th of March, June, September, and December. Feel free to cancel at anytime – hassle free.

Is the BeautyBox or Infuse mandatory?

No! There are no mandatory products in the Society+ membership program.

Does the BeautyBox change each quarter?

Yes! Every quarterly BeautyBox will contain different beauty items depending on the season. You can always count on a different selection of products each delivery.

Can the BeautyBox be purchased anytime?

No – the BeautyBox is only available on subscription. Adjustments cannot be made after orders are processed on the 15th.

Can I buy more than one BeautyBox each quarter?

Yes! Each account can now have up to three BeautyBox subscriptions per quarter.

Can the BeautyBox be returned?

If the BeautyBox is returned within 30 days and all contents are intact, unopened, and unused, it can be refunded. The individual BeautyBox contents are not returnable or refundable.

Can coupons or discount codes be used on Subscriptions?

No, unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be applied to subscriptions of any kind.

Can I add more products to my subscription order?

Yes! Society+ members can have multiple subscriptions of different items each month.

BILLING

How do I update my credit card information on file?

Just log into your account and click on the link ‘Update Billing & CC Info’.

PLEASE NOTE: This will not automatically change your billing on your subscriptions as well. You will have go into your subscriptions and edit it manually to use the new/updated payment method.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also accepted for regular orders (not subscription).

When will my card be charged for my subscription(s)?

Your card will be charged on the 15th of the month for your subscription.

What happens if my credit card was unable to be processed on my auto delivery cycle? And how do I know?

You will receive an email from Beauty Society informing you that we were unable to process your payment. Your immediate response is requested to avoid delays of the order shipping. We understand that credit cards are often reissued or expiration dates are updated. If the BeautyBox payment is not completed by the 20th of that month, you will no longer be eligible for that month’s box (while supplies last).

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your subscription/order has shipped. Tracking can also be found by logging into your Beauty Society customer account and viewing your order history.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $50 and only $5.95 on orders under $50. 

When can I expect my auto delivery to arrive?

Auto deliveries on products typically ship within two business days and will arrive depending on the shipping carries used. (2-7 business days.)

BeautyBox subscriptions typically ship 3-5 business days after they are processed on the 15th and are shipped exclusively through USPS Priority (2-5 business days).

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

We have a wonderful return policy of 12 months on skincare (excluding refills), 30 days on fragrance, hair care, makeup and merchandise. Please visit our returns/exchanges page for our submission form. If your order arrives incorrect or is defective, please contact our Customer Solutions Department at 866.446.8848 or support@beautysociety.com and they’ll make it right.
